Does the Concept Shop ship internationally?
We only ship within the EU at the moment. If you have any special requests, please reach out to us at info@theaudo.com.
If you’re unable to find a specific product online, it’s likely that it’s currently out of stock. For more information on re-stocking and availability, you can contact our team and they will help guide you.
I'm a brand owner. How do I get my products in your store?
We are always open to meeting with new brands. Please send a detailed application with links to your social media, website and any relevant press materials to info@theaudo.com. Please put “New Vendor Application” in the subject line.
What is the expected wait time for shipping?
If shipping within Denmark, you can typically expect your order to arrive in 2-6 days. International orders may take longer depending on the contents of the order and destination, although you can typically anticipate 7 days wait time. Selected artworks and large or fragile furniture may take longer due to special shipping circumstances.

What type of hotel is The Audo?
We like to call The Audo a residence, also a type of 'home away from home', where we provide you with a warm and cool atmosphere in a relaxed environment but you're in charge of your stay at the house.
Where is The Audo?
The Audo is located in the cool, new area of Copenhagen: Nordhavn.
Nordhavn is nothing short of a hotspot when it comes to modern architecture, design studios, cafes, restaurants and one of the best spots for bathing in Copenhagen. Nordhavn is only 2 metro stops from the city center and easily accessible from the airport as well.
How do I get to The Audo?
There are several easy ways to get to The Audo:
- Taxi
- Public transport: the metro takes you almost directly to the hotel, you just need to change from M1/2 to M3 at Kongens Nytorv and get off at Nordhavn Station. You can find more information at Rejseplanen.dk.
Unfortunately we can't help you with arranging transfer to The Audo.
What time is check-in?
Check-in with a host is available from
Monday to Friday: 14.00-18.00
Saturday and Sunday: 14.00-16.00
If you are arriving outside of opening hours, please let us know and we will provide you with contactless check-in.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11.00 weekdays and weekends. If you'd like to request a later check-out time, please contact a member of our team via email.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations are made through our booking page here.
Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing check-in instructions and other relevant information.
Is there an elevator?
The elevator is accessible from Monday - Friday 7.30 - 18.00 and Saturday & Sunday 10.00 - 16.00. Hotel guests have 24hr access to a private stairwell which leads from the street up to the Residences.
Can you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
Please contact us via email with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are dogs allowed in the Residences?
Because of allergy reasons, dogs are not allowed in the Residences.
Can children stay at The Audo Residences?
Children are always welcome at The Audo. Youth under the age of 7 can sleep in the bed with you or an additional cot/toddler bed can be arranged.
The Audo Residences only have 1 double bed per room, therefore, it might not be suitable if you’re travelling with older youth. If you have any questions about sleeping arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out and a member of our team will advise you.
Can I do laundry during my stay?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer on-site laundry services.
Is there breakfast at The Audo?
Our cafe is open from 8.00 every morning and have a selection of delicious breakfast options for our Residence guests. Breakfast is not included in the price.
Can I rent a bike from The Audo?
Yes! All Residence guests are able to rent a bike, free of charge. Upon check-in, your host will help you arrange your rental, just contact the reception.
Are the snacks and drinks in the minibar free?
All of the snacks and drinks in your room's minibar are free for guests.
Is there room service?
We don't have room service at the Residences.
Can I write purchases in the Audo Salon to my room?
Unfortunately we don't have the opportunity right now to have an open bill in the salon.
Do I get any benefits or discounts when staying at The Audo Residences?
All hotel guests receive:
- Free snacks and drinks from the minibar.
- Free bike rentals.
- 20% off all products in our Concept Shop (excluding artworks and DURUP products).
- A glass of bubbles or wine is on the house if you're eating in the restaurant and also if you're joining our Friday Bar

Can I rent The Audo's meeting rooms?
Yes! We have 4 meeting room areas, all of which are available to rent. Please visit our Meeting Rooms page to learn more about what kind of facilities we offer.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to The Audo meeting rooms?
Unfortunately no.

Am I allowed to take photos for personal use?
Of course! We encourage you to take as many photos as you like for personal use. If you’d like to take photos for commercial purposes, you will need to pay a day rate depending on which areas you photograph.
Can my brand have a photo shoot at The Audo?
Yes! Many brands use our space for photoshoots and campaign content. We are pleased to offer our facilities for commercial use upon request. For more information, please refer to our Policy Page.
